Kathy found her ideal home plan; she made a few tweaks and now it’s perfect!
  1. Enlarged the garage to 24 x 24.
  2. Absorbed the storage space in the back of the garage to create a larger, laundry/activity room.
  3. Enlarged the rear entry to include lockers and a drop zone.
  4. Created one large closet in the front entry (rather than two small closets divided by a bench).
  5. Moved the kitchen where the original family room was and squared off the back, adding an oversized pantry with a prep desk and an island with a curved snack bar topped with columns (removing the second fireplace). more»
