  1. Created a functional and spacious rear foyer by absorbing the screened in porch. (Changed the former bench and one coat closet to a large linen closet.)
  2. Opened the kitchen up to the family room, creating more flexible work areas and dining space.
  3. Added an office/den that doubles as a quiet get-away space.
